Green Energy Smoothie
1 cup water/coconut water 2 bunches organic kale Juice of 1 lemon
1 organic green apple
1 frozen banana
2 organic pitted dates
1 – 2 slices of ginger root Ice
Your liquid can be plain or coconut water. Add enough water or liquid of your choice to create the consistency you like.
– Add protein: protein powder of your choice, soaked almonds or chia seeds
Be sure to drink your smoothie after blending as the nutritional value begins to drop the longer it sits.
