Thai Curry Hummus

1 can organic garbanzo beans (reserve 1/4 cup of liquid)
3 tablespoons tahini
1 1/2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 small jalepeno diced
1/4 cup dried coconut flakes
4 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup fresh basil (plus 2-3 leaves for garnish)
1 tsp of ginger powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tsp cumin powder
red pepper flakes (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2. Garnish with fresh basil.
